We ordered our BLX-1000 two years ago, and we are very impressed with the unit. The construction is top-notch, and completely wash down rated. Just like all Clean Logix equipment, the unit is built like a tank, yet comes apart easily for cleaning and basic preventative maintenance. Unbelievably, we have not needed to do anything more than add sanitizer to the scrubber. It has run reliably every day, with hundreds of feet coming across it without incident.

Since [the] implementation of the BLX-1000 at our facility, we have been pleased with the favorable environmental monitoring results we have seen.

We chose the BLX-1000 because it is long enough that it can still efficiently clean and sanitize footwear when an employee is moving through it at a high rate of speed, or there are several people coming through at one time. This is especially important at shift change. We also like that it does a great job of cleaning production soil out of the tread of the boots, and thoroughly coats the sole so that any pathogens that may have come in contact with the footwear are removed and killed. Since [the] implementation of the BLX-1000 at our facility, we have been pleased with the favorable environmental monitoring results we have seen. It is definitely a tool in our arsenal.

Like most facilities, we have a steady flow of customers and auditors visiting us. Our BLX-1000 boot scrubber always presents well and makes a good impression. I don’t know how many times I have had to field comments from customers on how much they like our boot scrubber, and want contact information so they can look at purchasing one for their facility! I am definitely sold on the BLX-1000, and the value we have seen from it.
