Effective December 31, 2024, Clean Logix will be discontinuing replacement part support for the ALX-PRO V3 chemical dispensing controller. This does not affect any other products in the ALX chemical allocation lineup.
The decision to discontinue support for the ALX-PRO V3 is due to the end-of-life status of crucial components from our vendors. Unfortunately, this circumstance prevents us from guaranteeing the availability of replacement parts beyond December 31, 2024.
We are committed to providing support and assistance during this transition period. Our customer service team is available to address any questions or concerns you may have. We are more than willing to help you explore alternative solutions or upgrades that may better suit your needs, such as the current version of this chemical dispensing controller, the ALX-PRO V5.
